Everything about this place is 5 stars! If I could put 6 I would. Management is on point. Place is secure and parking is great. Special shoutout to Constance Hill. Not only with the amazing work she does but the incredible reception we got when applying here. This place is a vibe and full of life. 10/10

Today we had an amazing tour led by Sarah who was not only kind but very patient. She was very helpful and answered all our questions and concerns that we had. We decided to submit our application right after the tour and cannot be any more excited to be part of an amazing property with an amazing staff. Thank you again to Sarah for taking us on our tour!!!!!

I love this place! Volta! Experience here is great! With great views from my balcony. I get to see the sunrise and the sunset. Sarah, Constance, Sonia! Front office is super helpful, welcoming and great energy. I feel like I live in a resort with all the amenities. Super happy living here.

Everyone here is super friendly and professional. Sarah was occupied and still was able to multitask and assist me with concerns. Constance and Sonia are also very genuine and show they care about residents. In addition to great management, Volta is also in a great location Downtown. Highly recommend

Maintenance was very quick to come out and resolved our issues very easily! I submitted it Wednesday night and they were here Thursday afternoon! Excellent work!
